KEYSPUR

The front office for local service businesses

Keyspur Systems sets up the software a local service business runs on: answering calls, booking jobs, following up with customers, collecting reviews and getting paid. Use one piece or all of it, and keep your hands on the work.

The whole loop

What Keyspur sets up

Everything a front office does

You probably don’t need all of it, and nobody needs the same pieces. Start with what matters most and add the rest when you want.

In the planAdd-on, set up on your call

01 · Answer

Every call answered.

An AI receptionist answers the calls you can’t get to, day or night, in your business’s name. It books the job or takes a message, puts true emergencies through to your cell, won’t quote prices, and says it’s an AI assistant if a caller asks.

  • AI receptionist
  • Urgent calls put through
  • Missed-call text-back
  • Web chat
  • Facebook and Instagram replies
02 · Book

Booked while you work.

Customers pick a real open time on your website, and every booking reaches you by email with the details and a calendar invite. The site has tap-to-call on every screen and runs on your own domain if you have one. Already have a site you like? Keep it.

  • Online booking and calendar
  • Website and booking page
  • Booking emails with an invite
  • Appointment reminders
03 · Follow up

Nobody slips through.

Texts, web chat and Facebook and Instagram messages land in one inbox. Quotes that went quiet get a polite chase, and customers you haven’t seen in a year get a nudge. Set up with you, and only ever sent to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.

  • One inbox for every message
  • Estimate follow-up
  • Past-customer reminders
  • Text and email campaigns
  • Customer loyalty card
  • Automations
04 · Reviews

Every customer asked.

When a job’s done, one tap asks that customer for a Google review, so nobody is forgotten on a busy week. New reviews are checked every week with a suggested reply for each, and a printable review card for trucks and invoices comes with it.

  • Review requests
  • Review monitoring
  • Printable review card
  • Google profile care
  • Social posting
05 · Run

Run it from your phone.

Calls, recordings, bookings and website enquiries sit on one private owner page, with a report built from your real numbers. Add a board that shows every job from new to paid, with estimates signed on the customer’s phone and invoices paid by card.

  • Owner page
  • Reports
  • Customer list and pipeline
  • Invoices and payments
  • Estimates and signed contracts

Coming soon: storm and weather campaigns, a message to your past customers ready to send when hail, a freeze or a heat wave reaches your area, and a receptionist that answers callers in Spanish as well as English.

The plan covers what’s marked “In the plan”. Add-ons are arranged on your call and set up with you. Texts and emails go only to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you. The loyalty card suits businesses customers visit often (a QR code at the counter, a punch card on their phone), and its emails go only to people who opted in. Before any business can text its customers, US carriers ask it to register; that step takes from a few days to a couple of weeks.

How it works

Live in an afternoon

  1. 1

    A 15-minute call

We look at how your calls, website, follow-up and reviews work today, and agree what to switch on first.

  2. 2

    We set it up

Your hours, services, service area and what counts as urgent, plus any add-ons you chose. Setup is included.

  3. 3

    You test it

You hear the receptionist take test calls, and see every message, before a single customer does.

  4. 4

    Forward your calls

Dial one short code on your phone. Calls you don’t pick up go to your receptionist, and customers keep the number they have.

Questions owners ask

What can Keyspur set up?

The core is an AI receptionist, online booking, a website, review requests and an owner page. Around it: missed-call text-back, web chat, Facebook and Instagram replies, appointment and past-customer reminders, estimate follow-up, text and email campaigns, a loyalty card, automations, a customer list with a pipeline, invoices and payments, and signed estimates. Not every business needs all of it, so we start with what fits.

Do I have to take all of it?

No. Most businesses start with one or two pieces. The plan covers the core, add-ons are arranged on your call, and you can add or drop them later.

Is it a real person on the phone?

No. It’s an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. It answers in your business’s name, finds out what the caller needs, and books the first step you choose or takes a message. It won’t quote prices or make promises for you.

Do I keep my number?

Yes. You forward the calls you don’t pick up with one short code on your phone. Your customers dial the number they already have.

What happens with a real emergency?

You decide what counts as urgent. Those calls can be put straight through to your cell.

What does it cost?

$0 for the first 14 days, with a card on file. Then $697 a month. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing; after that you can cancel anytime.

I already have a website. Do I need yours?

No. The receptionist, the owner page and review requests work with the site you have. The booking website is there if you want it.

Can it text my customers?

Text reminders are an add-on, and texts and emails go only to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you. Text reminders are an add-on. US carriers ask every business to register before it sends texts, so that part takes from a few days to a couple of weeks to switch on. Calls and email work from day one.

How long does setup take?

Most of it happens on one call. You hear it take test calls first, then switch on call forwarding when you’re ready.

Hand over the front office.

Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at how your calls, website and reviews work today and tell you what’s worth switching on, and what isn’t. No contract.
